Who am I

I’m Katarina Witczak, founder and principal agent of La Genesa Real Estate. I have been a certified and registered real estate agent in Italy for almost ten years. Born in Poland, I studied and lived for fifteen years in Germany, an experience that allowed me to develop an international vision of the real estate market. I have been living on the beautiful shores of Lake Garda for years, but I deal with the sale and rental of properties throughout the wonderful Italy. With my team, I help clients find the ideal property, whether for those who want to buy, sell or rent. My passion for the territory and deep knowledge of the market allow me to offer tailor-made solutions and to support each customer with professionalism and dedication.
